Built once, then abandoned
A freelancer builds it, gets busy, stops replying. Two years later the phone number is wrong, the menu is from last summer, and nobody can log in to fix it.
Taking on 4 new projects this month
We design it, launch it, and keep it running — for a fixed starting price and a small monthly fee. You own the domain and the code from day one. Cancel any time.
Why this exists
None of them are the owner’s fault.
A freelancer builds it, gets busy, stops replying. Two years later the phone number is wrong, the menu is from last summer, and nobody can log in to fix it.
Drag-and-drop builders promise ten minutes and deliver ten hours. You end up paying a monthly fee to maintain something you never wanted to maintain.
Agencies quote five figures and a three-month timeline for a site a small business needs live next week. So the owner gives up and sticks with a Facebook page.
Truvexa is the boring middle ground that should have existed all along: professionally built, fairly priced, and actually looked after once it is live.
What we build
Every one of these starts from a layout we have already solved for that kind of business — so you get a site shaped around how your customers actually decide, not a blank template.
Menus that update in seconds, table enquiries straight to WhatsApp, and a Google listing that actually shows your food.
Room galleries, live rates and a direct booking enquiry — so you keep the commission the aggregators were taking.
Your fleet, your daily rates, your routes — with a booking form that reaches you before the customer walks to the next shop.
Service menu, stylist profiles and an appointment request form that fills the quiet hours of your week.
Capacity, catering packages and a photo tour that lets a family shortlist you without a site visit.
A portfolio that loads instantly on a phone, plus session enquiries and package pricing in plain language.
Treatments, doctor credentials and appointment requests, presented with the seriousness a health decision deserves.
Class timetables, trainer bios and membership plans, with a trial-class form that converts walk-past traffic.
These are just the ones we have built most often. If you run a local business that people find on Google and decide about in thirty seconds, the approach is the same.
Ask about your tradeIn every single build
This list does not change with the plan you pick. It is the floor, not the upsell.
Designed on a phone screen first, because that is where four out of five of your customers will see it.
We build for a 95+ Lighthouse score. Every extra second of load time costs you roughly 7% of your enquiries.
Set up or cleaned up, connected to your site, with the schema markup that helps you surface in Maps.
Titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap, and the local keywords your customers actually type.
Every form lands in your inbox and your WhatsApp, so you can reply from the counter without opening a laptop.
The padlock in the address bar, plus a restorable backup taken every day and kept for 30 days.
Add a second or third language whenever you need it. Useful the moment tourists find you.
Readable contrast, keyboard navigation, and the privacy and terms pages that keep you on the right side of the rules.
The work
That is roughly how long a customer gives you before they go back to the search results. Each of these is built around the one thing that trade needs to get across in that window.

How it works
No discovery phase, no proposal deck, no chasing for updates.
You tell us what the business does and what you want the site to achieve. No sales script, no obligation. If Truvexa is the wrong fit, we will say so on the call.
A fixed price and a fixed scope, in writing, listing exactly what is included and what is not. Nothing starts until you say yes.
A real design preview in your browser within 3–5 days. Two rounds of changes are included. The balance is only due once you approve it.
Domain, hosting, SSL, Google Business Profile, analytics and search console — all set up in your name and handed to you with the passwords.
Updates, backups, security patches, uptime monitoring and content edits. Message us on WhatsApp and it gets changed — usually same day.
Pricing
Every project is quoted individually — but you should never have to book a call just to find out whether you can afford someone. These are honest starting points.
For a business that just needs to exist properly online.
then $7/month to host, maintain and update it
For a business that wants to be found, then booked.
then $13/month to host, maintain and update it
For a business taking orders or payments online.
then $25/month to host, maintain and update it
A domain runs about ₹1,000 ($12) a year and hosting is between free and ₹3,000 ($35) a year depending on what your site needs. You pay those providers directly, in your own name. We do not mark them up and we never hold them.
Our promises
Every one of these is in the written agreement, not just on this page.
The domain is registered in your name, on your account. The code, the content and the images are yours. We are the builder, never the landlord.
Cancel the care plan whenever you like. We export every file, transfer the accounts, and help your next developer get set up. No exit fee, no hostage situation.
The quote you approve is the amount you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately and only start once you agree to them. No surprise invoices.
50% to start, and the balance only once you have seen the real design in your browser and said yes to it. Two rounds of changes included.
Domain, hosting, and any paid service is billed at exactly what it costs, paid by you, directly to the provider. We make money on the work, not on your invoices.
One person owns your project and knows your business. Behind them is a team who also know your site — so nothing stalls because someone is away.
An honest comparison
If one of the other two columns suits you better, take it. Genuinely.

In their words
Every quote below is from a real person who agreed to be named. We would rather show you four honest ones than forty invented ones.
They were very friendly and supportive, listened to our requirements, and delivered a top-notch website at the cheapest rate.
Our bike rental business saw a huge boost — fewer calls and more direct bookings through the website.
Thanks to the new site, we saw a jump in banquet hall bookings within the first month.
We saw the advantage in our rental business right away — smooth experience and clear tour information.
Their team provided exactly what we needed, and our restaurant’s online orders went up noticeably.
Who you are hiring
We started Truvexa because we kept running into the same thing from different directions: a restaurant with brilliant food and a 4.8 rating on Google losing customers to a worse restaurant down the road — purely because the other one turned up first, looked professional, and could be booked in two taps.
The quotes those owners were getting for a website were absurd. Five figures for something that takes a week, or a cheap template that broke in three months with nobody left to fix it. Both leave the owner stuck.
So we built the boring, honest version of this business: a fixed starting price you know before we begin, a site that loads fast and gets found, and a small monthly fee to keep it updated, backed up and online. Your domain and your code stay in your name. If you ever want to leave, we hand over every file and wish you well.
Working hours overlap with the UK, EU, Middle East, and US East Coast. Replies within 4 working hours, every working day.
One person owns your project from the first call to launch and learns how your business actually works. You are never passed between account managers halfway through.
At least two of us know your site and can access it. Holidays, illness and busy weeks are our problem to solve, not a reason your enquiry sits unanswered for a fortnight.
Your WhatsApp thread reaches the people who actually build and maintain your site. No support portal, no reference numbers, no first-line agent reading from a script.
Straight answers
If your question is not here, ask it. A straight answer costs us nothing and tells you a lot about who you would be working with.
Ask something elseBecause the deal is structured so that you do not have to. You pay half up front and the rest only after you have seen the finished design in your browser. The domain and hosting are registered in your name, so the site is yours the moment it exists. If you walk away at any point, you keep every file. Trust should be earned over a project, not demanded before one.
We are based in Kolkata, India, on IST (UTC+5:30). Working hours overlap with the UK, EU, Middle East, and US East Coast. In practice: a shared document you can comment on at any hour, a WhatsApp thread we answer within four working hours, and a scheduled video call whenever you want to talk it through. Most clients find the overnight turnaround an advantage — you send notes at the end of your day and wake up to them done.
Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, daily backups, security updates, and content edits — prices, opening hours, photos, a new menu. Plus a monthly report of your traffic and enquiries. It is the difference between a website and a website that is still correct in two years.
First, the practical safeguard: more than one person here knows your site and can access it, so a single person being ill, on leave or moving on does not strand you — which is the real risk with a lone freelancer. Beyond that, your domain stays yours because it was always in your name. We hand over a complete export of the site and the account credentials. Sites we build are static files, which means they keep serving from almost any host for pennies — so even in the worst case, your site does not vanish while you sort out what is next.
A one-page site is typically live in five days. A multi-page site with a booking flow is usually seven to ten days. Online ordering or payments takes two to three weeks. The clock starts when you have sent your content — that is usually the slow part, and we will chase you for it.
Yes, and it is often cheaper than starting over. Send us the current address and we will tell you honestly whether a rebuild or a refresh makes more sense for you, including when the honest answer is that your existing site is fine and you should spend the money elsewhere.
Two rounds of changes are included in every plan, and the balance is not due until you approve it. If we are still not close after those two rounds, you can walk away and keep your deposit’s worth of work — the design files are yours.
Nobody can honestly promise a ranking, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we do is the groundwork that makes ranking possible: fast pages, correct structured data, a properly configured Google Business Profile, real local keywords, and a site Google can read. For a local business, that combination is usually what moves you up the Maps results.
Indian clients: UPI, bank transfer or Razorpay. International clients: Stripe, PayPal or Wise, in your own currency. An invoice is issued for every payment, before the payment.
No. You need to know your business. We will ask you for photos, your opening hours, your prices and a few sentences about what makes you good at what you do. We handle everything with a password in it.
